现象

Unable to start debugging. Unexpected GDB output from command-interpreter-exec console "target remote :3333"". :3333: Connection timed out.

如下图所示：

解决办法：

1. ctrl+shift+p 调出命令面板
2. 选择 OpenOCD Manager
   

   

3. 选择 Start OpenOCD
